Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within the following 1-2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship exclusively through FedEx for all domestic orders. Standard shipping takes 1-7 business days, depending on your location. All shipments originate from Bristol, RI 02809.

Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: $15 for orders under $99.99 (1-7 business days). Free Standard Shipping: For orders over $100 (1-7 business days).

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the FedEx website.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please reach out to us at info@kongusa.com. Claims must be received within 14 days of the order date.

Address Accuracy
We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@kongusa.com to update the details.
