Refund Policy

Returns
Items are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of the order date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted unless they have been authorized in advance by Kong USA.

Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Upon authorization, Kong USA will issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) document. Please include the document with the returned merchandise and mark the package with the RMA #. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective goods. Credit will not be provided for used merchandise.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If rejected, we will ship the item back to you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
The return shipping address is Kong USA, 62A Ballou Blvd, Bristol, RI 02809. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
